This study using purposive sampling And on the faculty Conseling group PNU city of Bukan done. The qualitative content analysis of information obtained from teachers' 5 main themes and 17 sub-themes. The main themes; Gender awareness, Lack of attention to the labor market of graduates, Lack of attention to multicultural issues, Lack of attention to life skills and Fields addiction.
